To Register and Reserve your space for any or all of the Meditation Self Healing Center Courses/Classes/Sessions, please register by completing Steps 1 & 2:

1. Complete the form by clicking ‘Contact Us’ below, letting us know which class you are signing up for

2. Pay online by clicking ‘Register for Class’ under the preferred class you are interested in. You may send a check that must arrive, at the latest, 1 week before scheduled meeting to 244 Law St. Lapeer, MI 48446

Cancellation Policy for Single Class or Private Session: If you are unable to attend a class or private session, please notify me in writing , by text or email, at least 24 hours in advance. If you notify me within 24 hours in advance, then your pre-payment will be honored by transferring credit towards another class. The class must be taken within 3 months. However, if you do not notify me in writing at least 24 hours in advance, you forfeit the transfer opportunity, and you are responsible for paying for your missed class or missed private session. If for some reason the class does not materialize you will be given the opportunity to transfer credit to another Course/Class/Private Session within 90 days.

1-on-1 Meditation with Roy

Meet with Roy Sexton for 1-on-1 consulting during an advanced meditation session for guidance that will assist you in going farther, faster when learning and beginning to practice stilling your mind in meditation. Roy recommends committing to at least 4 weeks of 1-on-1 sessions to get you into the habit of daily meditation and allow for conversation. We also offer group meditation twice a week that is donation only. Everyone is always welcome to pop in on a Wednesday evening from 6-7 PM or on Sunday afternoon from 1-3 PM.

Barb Pachla is our in-house teacher who has been a practicing Reiki Master since the 90s. Learn to become a energy healer using this ancient practice by a wonderful, extremely thorough and passionate Reiki Healer in a group setting while getting hands on experience. To sign up for this Reiki Class you must submit your donation/registration and Barb Pachla will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a date and time that will work best for all class attendees. If you need to cancel or reschedule for your class please do so within 24-48 hours prior. If you notify us in allotted time you will have 90 days to take the class at another available date and time arranged with Barb Pachla.
